Wellbeing in Nature, Wild Camp Retreat

Join us on this unique nature retreat. Incorporating wilderness living on a beautiful part of the Dorset coast.

We will journey together across the land, foragingexploring as we go. The pace will be gentle, with opportunities to stop and make a cup of wild tea with what we find. We will set up camp in a secret woodland spot. Sitting around a camp fire we will share stories facilitated by two experienced guides.

Waking with tea and breakfast around the camp fire we will practice mindfulness and wake up the body and mind ready to embrace the journey the new day brings.

This is for you if you like spending time outdoors and wish to learn practices and skills for deepening your connection to nature, and to yourself.

Leaving Saturday 11am and returning Sunday at 2pm

No particular knowledge or experience is required for this adventure, just a willingness to journey and learn some new skills for living in nature.

Chris
Teaches mindfulness to groups and individuals and has a love for all things outdoors. Being a fully trained and qualified Psychotherapist, Chris brings excellent group leadership skills from his experience in group dynamics. Chris also works as an ecotherapist helping people connect with both nature, and themselves creating a safe group environment. Chris has an infectious enthusiasm with mindfulness and nature and his love of nature has led him to train not only in mindfulness in nature, but also wilderness living skills and foraging.

Jenna

Is a nature-connection facilitator and ecotherapist, leading workshops and retreats to enable others to reap the therapeutic benefits of the outdoors. She loves hiking and wild camping primarily for the opportunity to go back to basics, to free the mind and body from modern clutter and stresses. This, together with her passion for empowering others, has inspired her to lead treks across Costa Rica with Raleigh International and complete her masters in Leadership for Wellbeing.

Logistics:
We will carry all of the food and shelter we need over the adventure and prepare a camp to settle into the night. We will provide you with a kit list and we will even help you put your tent up if you need it! This retreat will be somewhat physically challenging due to carrying all you will need on the 2 day trip, but we will be walking at a relaxed pace. Please message us if you are unsure of your fitness abilities.
